We will be opening this year for St Patrick’s weekend. We’ll be open from Saturday 16th March to Monday, 18th March from 11am to 5pm each day.
We will have all the usual activities such as the Blue Barrel Express Train running each day. The indoor and outdoor play areas, animals, indoor sandpit and indoor straw maze will all be open also.

Here at Red Mountain Open Farm, we will be kicking off the season this February! We will be open from Thursday, 14th February till Sunday, 17th February 2013 from 11am to 5pm daily. We are delighted to announce that two new Dexter heifers have arrived at Red Mountain Open Farm on Friday, 28th September 2012. Geraldine and Rosemary are only five months old. Dexters are the smallest breed of cow in the world and are one of three native Irish breeds originating in County Tipperary in the early 1800s! They were known as Town House Cows.
